Freshman Alicia McNamara (Vorhees, N.J./Pendleton School) has been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Tennis Co-Rookie of the Week as announced by the Conference office. It is her first weekly award.

McNamara helped lead the Dukes to a 4-3 victory over Buffalo Feb. 15 taking a convincing 6-1, 6-1 fourth singles victory. The win improved her singles record to 2-0 this season and 8-1 overall on the year.

With the win, Duquesne improved to 2-0 in the Spring and 6-0 overall for the season.

The Dukes next host St. John's on Thursday, Feb. 19, in a 12:00 pm match at the Oxford Athletic Club in Monroeville, PA.
