Duquesne's Leia Zingone was been named the Atlantic 10 Women's Tennis Co-Performer of the Week, the league office announced on Monday respectively.

Zingone helped lead the Dukes to a 7-0 victory over St. Bonaventure taking a 6-0, 6-1 decision at No. 6 singles while teaming up with Sarah Shanahan for an 8-0 sweep at No. 3 doubles. Zingone, who had missed a majority of the fall due to a broken leg, make her singles comeback vs. the Bonnies. She is 4-0 this spring as she and Shanahan also teamed up for No. 3 doubles victories over Embry Riddle and Siena during the Dukes' spring trip to Florida.

Today's honors open the Spring Atlantic 10 awards season. In addition to Zingone, the league also announced that Kelly Mulford and Devon Peightal were named the Women's Lacrosse and Men's Tennis Rookie of the Week, respectively.
