Kaleb Tkacs, a member of the Duquesne Honors College, is in his third season with the Dukes football program in 2026. He serves as the Assistant Director of Operations, Video Coordinator and Assistant Offensive Line Coach.
Tkacs joined the staff in 2024 as an Offensive Student Assistant, overseeing the film crew and contributing to the Dukes’ seventh NEC championship, which they shared as regular-season co-champions. His responsibilities have since expanded to include assistant director of operations and video coordinator duties.
As an assistant offensive line coach, Tkacs has helped the Dukes consistently rank among the NEC’s best in fewest sacks allowed, including a No. 3 national ranking in the FCS in 2024. He has coached four players to a combined six All-NEC honors, including Brian Beidatsch Jr., who was named the 2024 NEC Offensive Lineman of the Year by Phil Steele College Football Magazine.
A triple major in Sports Marketing, Business Analytics and Supply Chain Management, Tkacs also organizes the annual Coach Ron “Fred” Frederick Memorial Youth Football Camp and has served as an offensive line coach at Southmoreland Middle School.
