Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Atlantic 10 announced its 2026 men's basketball conference schedule Thursday,
completing the 2025-26 slate for the Duquesne University men's basketball team.
The Dukes will open their A-10 schedule on the road, visiting Davidson Tuesday, Dec. 30. Duquesne is 25-24 (.510) all-time in Atlantic 10 openers but is in search of its first conference-opening road victory since Jan. 8, 2022, a 78-74 victory at Massachusetts.
The game against the Wildcats begins a stretch of eight games where the site will flip between a road and home game. The first Atlantic 10 home contest is set for Saturday, Jan. 3, against VCU at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse in a game that can be seen live on the USA Network. The Dukes follow with a road tilt at Saint Joseph's (Jan. 7) before returning home to host Dayton Tuesday, Jan. 13.
Duquesne will also visit Fordham (Jan. 17) and Loyola Chicago (Jan. 24) during the month of January and will host Saint Louis (Jan. 20) and St. Bonaventure (Jan. 28). The contest against the Bonnies is the opening of back-to-back home games, as the Dukes will open their February slate Sunday, Feb. 1, against Rhode Island. The contests against the Rams in the Bronx, N.Y., as well as against URI at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse each will be televised by USA Network.
Road games for Duquesne during February include George Mason (Feb. 4), St. Bonaventure (Feb. 14), Dayton (Feb. 21) and Saint Louis (Feb. 28), while in addition to the Rams the Dukes will host George Washington (Feb. 7), La Salle (Feb. 18) and Davidson (Feb. 25). The conference schedule will conclude with a pair of games in March, including a visit to Rhode Island (March 4) as well as the regular-season finale at home against Richmond (March 7).
Celebrating its 50th season, the Atlantic 10 will host its signature event in Pittsburgh, Pa., at the conclusion of the regular season. The 2026 Atlantic 10 Championship is set for March 11-15, 2026, at PPG Paints Arena. Five of the first six A-10 Championships were held in the Steel City, with the five-year tenure from 1978 through 1982 occurring at the Civic Arena, affectionately known as The Igloo. The Atlantic 10 returned to the three rivers region in 2017, with Rhode Island capturing the crown at PPG Paints Arena. Additionally, the first league office was established in Pittsburgh in 1978.
Led by
Dru Joyce III, in his second season as head coach at Duquesne in 2025-26, the Dukes will open their 110th season of NCAA Division I basketball Monday, Nov. 3, against Niagara at UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse. A total of
nine home games highlight the non-conference portion of the schedule for Duquesne.
The Dukes return a pair of starters from last year, including redshirt senior guard
Cam Crawford and junior forward

Crawford led the Atlantic 10 in three-point field goal percentage during the 2024-25 campaign, converting 43.1 percent (44-for-102) of his attempts from the beyond the arc in contributing an average of 8.6 points in 29 games, including 22 starting assignments.
