PITTSBURGH — The
Jerry Schmitt Coach's Show presented by UPMC and Mike's Beer Bar is set to return for the 2025 Duquesne football season, airing weekly on SportsNet Pittsburgh.
New episodes will premiere every Thursday starting Aug. 28. The season opener will feature a preview of the upcoming year and a look ahead to the Dukes' season opener against the University of Pittsburgh on Saturday, Aug. 30, kicking off at noon at Acrisure Stadium and airing on ACC Network.
Tim Benz returns as host, joined by head coach
Jerry Schmitt for the coaches interview segment powered by Cordia. Schmitt enters his 21st year leading the program and 32nd year on staff. Each episode will also feature a Duquesne student-athlete guest, presented by Summit Academy; a "Behind the Numbers" segment sponsored by Schneider Downs; "Painting the Picture to Victory" by Sherwin-Williams; and a preview of the road ahead, presented by Dean Honda.
