CLINTON, Pa. -- The Duquesne University cross country teams wrapped up a split squad weekend on Saturday with 20 competitors at the Robert Morris University Invitational.
RESULTS
WOMEN'S RECAP
Duquesne finished fourth of eight with 114 points.
Brooke Krally ran an 18:16.3 in 11th place to led the Dukes.
Sophia Trevenen (18:50.8) and
Maggie Danzer (18:55.0) followed in 22nd and 24th, respectively.
Freshmen
Lily Colombo (19:18.0 - 36th place) and
Grace Senneway (19:20.4 - 38th place) crossed the line neck-and-neck, while senior
Anna Duncan rounded out the top-five DU runners with a 19:29.0 in 41st of the 131-runner field.
Walsh was the team victors for the women's race.
MEN'S RECAP
Freshman
Jacob Bonnar paced Duquesne with a 26:41.2 in 41st place, while fellow first year's
Sam Freedman (27:51.8 - 86th) and
Josh Wagner (28:14.0 - 95th) were scorers for the Dukes.
Jack Barnhisel was second to cross the line for DU, recording a 27:13.3 and
Maxwell Hamilton completed the top-five in 99th place with a 28:25.0.
The men's race featured 151 runners. Duquesne finished ninth with 239 points. Carnegie Mellon won the meet.

The Dukes will be back in action on October 5 at the Live in Lou Classic, hosted by Louisville.
