Pittsburgh, Pa. – As part of the pairings for the Atlantic 10 Conference schedule released Wednesday, the Duquesne University men's basketball team will face Dayton, Fordham, St. Bonaventure and Saint Joseph's twice during the 2024-25 season.
It marks the second consecutive year the Dukes will face the Flyers, Rams, Bonnies and Hawks, respectively, twice during the regular season. The 2024-25 campaign also marks the 19th straight season that Duquesne and St. Bonaventure will square off twice in the regular season.
The Bonnies are the closest geographical A-10 foe for the Dukes as well as the longest running rivalry in program history. The two programs have met 134 times in a series that dates back to Feb. 13, 1920, with Duquesne having won four consecutive games over SBU entering the 2024-25 campaign and the Bonnies owning a 70-64 advantage overall.
As part of their 2024-25 A-10 slate, the Dukes will host George Mason, Loyola Chicago, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and VCU at the UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse while visiting Davidson, George Washington, La Salle, Richmond and Saint Louis.
All 15 teams will participate in the 2025 Atlantic 10 Championship in Washington, D.C., March 12-16, at Capital One Arena. The complete 2024-25 A-10 conference schedule with dates and times, as well as national television information, will be announced at a later date.
