Pittsburgh, Pa. – Senior

Small is the second member of the Dukes to be named NEC Bowler of the Week this season, joining senior

garnered the honor last month. Ulanday was one of three student-athletes for Duquesne to earn NEC Primer Performer accolades Wednesday, joining Small and sophomore
Maribeth Baker.
Ulanday finished second individually at NEC #1 with 1,167 total pins and a 194.50 scoring average. Baker, meanwhile, led the Dukes in the tournament with an average frame score of 19.78 for the weekend.
Led by head coach
Jody Fetterhoff, Duquesne tied for first at NEC #1 with Mercyhurst, which also finished 9-3. The Dukes claimed the team title thanks to a 11,390-11,011 total pin advantage as well as a pair of head-to-head victories over the Lakers.
Duquesne, which owns an overall record of 23-15 (.605) during the 2024-25 campaign, now gears up for the Garden State Classic, which is hosted by Monmouth in Howell, N.J., at Howell Lanes. Action begins Friday, Nov. 22, and concludes Sunday, Nov. 24.
