PITTSBURGH -- The Duquesne men's tennis team dropped a tight match to St. Francis Brooklyn on Saturday, losing 4-3.
In their first home match of the Spring, the Dukes dropped the doubles point, but graduate student
David Georgadze and junior
Tamirlan Teberikov won their match as the No. 1 pair, 6-2.
In singles, senior
Jin Dassanayake won his match as the No. 3, freshman
Valentin Vasquez won out of the No. 4 spot and junior
Bode Vance won as the No. 5.
The men's team will look to get its first win on Friday, Feb. 10 against Carnegie Mellon.
