PITTSBURGH – Duquesne swimming and diving travels to Marshall this weekend to compete on Friday and Saturday. Friday's meet will begin at 6:00 P.M. ET and Saturday's action will begin at 11:00 A.M.
Swimming is coming off of a 114-110 over Buffalo last Friday night, winning five out of the 11 events. Sophomore
Orla Egan won the 1,00-and 500-yard freestyles while freshman
Kayla Johnson won the 50 free and took first-place in the 200 free relay.

Sydney Sherman, junior
Leah Reisker and junior
Gaby Jenkins joined Johnson in the 200 free relay win, setting a new Towers Pool record in the process (1:35.55).

Emma Menzer won the 200 IM and sophomore

Duquesne diving spent last weekend at Buffalo, competing Friday through Sunday. Graduate student
Amy Read was dominant, placing first in the women's platform finals and prelims. On Saturday, Read placed second in the three-meter prelims and seventh in the 3m finals.
Sidney O'Donnell finished ninth in the 3m finals.

On the prior weekend, Duquesne hosted Youngstown State and Niagara on Senior Day, dominating by winning every women's event of the day. Scholer won five different events to pace the Dukes – the 400-yard medley relay, the 200 fly, the 200 free relay, the 500 free and the 400 free relay.
Sherman was right behind Scholer with wins in four events – the 400 medley relay, the 200 free relay, the 100 free and the 400 free relay.
