PITTSBURGH – Duquesne swimming dominated in the pool on Saturday, winning all 16 women's events in a three-team meet with Youngstown State and Niagara. It was also Senior Day for the Dukes.
As a team, Duquesne outscored Youngstown State 232.00-65.00 and outscored Niagara 237.00-58.00. In total, Duquesne ended the day with 469.00 points, Niagara ended with 210.00 and Youngstown State finished with 208.00.
Sophomore
Haley Scholer won five different events to pace the Dukes – the 400-yard medley relay, the 200 fly, the 200 free relay, the 500 free and the 400 free relay.
Senior
Sydney Sherman was right behind Scholer with wins in four events – the 400 medley relay, the 200 free relay, the 100 free and the 400 free relay.
