PITTSBURGH -- Duquesne volleyball seniors
Hailey Poling,
Anita Parrott and
Morgan Kelly have each earned 2022 College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District
® honors.
This is the first time Duquesne volleyball has placed a student-athlete on the CSC (formerly CoSIDA) All-District
® team since Nicole Wright in 2011. The 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Teams, selected by CSC members, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
Poling is a physical therapy major from Uniontown, Ohio. She led the A-10 in assists (989) for the second-straight year and will finish her career with the sixth-most assists in Duquesne volleyball history (2,811).
Kelly is a speech pathology major that has totaled 930 kills in her career. She has also been named to the 2019 A-10 All-Rookie Team and the 2021 A-10 All-Conference Second Team.
Parrott is a dual-major in marketing and theater from League City, Texas. With 219 total blocks at Duquesne, she has more than any other active student-athlete on the Bluff.
CSC began the distinguished Academic All-America® program in 1952, and since then, has honored more than 38,000 deserving student-athletes from numerous sports across all divisions with these elite Academic All-America® scholar-athlete honors.
