Duquesne (3-6), coming off a tough 72-71 loss at Marshall on Saturday, heads to Chicago to face DePaul (6-1) in the renewal of an old rivalry on Tuesday, Dec. 7 at 8:30 p.m. ET (FS1). This is the second-straight non-conference road game for the Dukes, who led for nearly 30 minutes before falling on a 3-pointer with 10 seconds left at Marshall.
DePaul, which has yet to play a road game, is coming off a 68-64 loss to city rival - and future Atlantic 10 member - Loyola on Saturday.
This is just the third non-conference road game for the Dukes under fifth-year head coach
Keith Dambrot, with the first coming on Nov. 20, 2018 at Notre Dame (L, 56-67) in the Gotham Classic.
This is the first time since December of 2014 (at Penn State and at Robert Morris) that Duquesne is playing two straight non-conference road games.
DU and DePaul, which met nine times in the 1970s, haven't faced each other since a home-and-home series in 1990 & 1991. Dambrot, who is in his 24th season, has never faced the Blue Demons.
