Head coach
David Sheets: ""This was a good three days for our team and a great way to conclude the semester from a training perspective. I give our swimmers and divers so much credit. At the beginning of the year Morgan, Jeanine and I challenged the ladies to do their part to stay safe, take care of themselves, their teammates and the campus community. We placed a day count on the dry erase board "Days Won" with the idea to win each day, string seven together to win a week, etc. Ninety wins later the ladies will go home healthy for a much needed pause in the season. They will spend time with their families and recharge their emotional batteries. The work will continue when they are home but with continued discipline, some luck and the understanding that team comes first we have a great chance of preparing ourselves to perform at a high level in April."
