PITTSBURGH - The two-time defending Atlantic 10 champion Duquesne women's swimming and diving team is slated to host a Technique Camp on June 10-13 as well as a High Performance Camp on June 17-20, the Dukes' coaching staff recently announced.
Both camps will be instructed by head coach
David Sheets and assistant coach
Megan Zarriello along with other Duquesne Athletics staff members.
The Technique Camp is open to the first 40 registrants ages 8-18 while the High Performance Camp is open to the first 25 registrants ages 14-18.
The four-day, comprehensive Technique Camp will include a stroke lecture, mobility and technique work in the morning followed by lunch, a special activity with Duquesne Athletics staff, stroke review as well as start and turn work in the afternoon. The cost is $250 per camper plus $100 for video taping capabilities. It is $200 for five-or-more swimmers from the same club.

The High Performance Camp is designed for competitive swimmers who want to get faster and learn sets and technique work. The morning consists of a high performance workout followed by lunch, a stroke lecture, stroke work in the water, a special activity with Duquesne Athletics staff as well as start and turn work. The cost is $400 per camper which includes video taping. It is $350 for five-or-more swimmers from the same club.
