LATROBE, Pa. - Ally Christy (Wexford, Pa. / North Allegheny) paced four top-10 Duquesne finishers with a second-place mark at the Saint Vincent Invitational as the Dukes posted a second-place team finish at the event.
DU posted a score of 47, trailing just Geneva with 35 points. Clarion finished third with a score of 84.
Christy toured the course in 19:59.18 followed by
Kierra Shreffler (Vandergrift, Pa. / Kiski Area) in sixth (20:39.61),
Maiah Yankello (Monaca, Pa. / Central Valley) eighth (20:52.05),
Kiki Thornton (Bridgeville, Pa. / Chartiers Valley) tenth (20:52.94) and
Emily Patterson (Prosper, Texas / Prosper) 21st (21:28.44).
