PRINCETON, N.J. - The Duquesne women's cross country team recorded a seventh-place mark at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday morning at the West Windsor Fields. The Dukes posted a score of 189, besting Atlantic 10 foes George Mason (eighth) and Fordham (10th) in addition Rutgers (13th) and Penn (14th) at the race.
Seniors
Megan Aller (New Kensington, Pa. / Kiski Area) and
Rachel Valotta (Pittsburgh, Pa. / Plum) paced Duquesne on the day, as Aller recorded a 25th-place finish on the 6.17k course with a mark of 22:08.9 while Valotta finished next in 26th at 22:10.1 for the Dukes.
