AMHERST, N.Y. - The Duquesne women's cross country team posted a fourth-place finish at the University at Buffalo Stampede Invitational on Friday at the Audubon Golf Course.
The Dukes tallied a score of 89 at the 6KÂ race as Cornell won the event with a score of 40 followed by Vermont second (50) and UConn third (77).
Elizabeth Morris (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks East) led Duquesne with a seventh-place mark of 22:05.0, one of two Dukes to finish in the top 10 as
Megan Aller (New Kensington, Pa./Kiski Area) crossed the line finish line ninth (22:08.9).
Ava Pietrzyk added a 12th-place finish (22:10.9) for Duquesne.
