NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Duquesne freshman diver Adrienne White (Gibsonia, Pa./Hampton) garnered Atlantic 10 Women's Swimming and Diving Rookie Performer of the Week honors, conference officials announced on Tuesday afternoon.

White placed first in the 3-meter dive in the Dukes' 156-144 dual victory over Youngstown State on Saturday, posting a score of 252.43 in the event. In addition, White posted a second-place mark of 234.98 in the 1-meter dive. All told, she tallied a total of 13 points for the Dukes in the dual win over the Penguins.

Last season, Emma Brinton (Landenburg, Pa./Avon Grove) was named A-10 Rookie Performer of the Week a program-record four times for Duquesne.

White and the Dukes return to action on Thursday on the road at James Madison at 5 p.m. ET.
