PITTSBURGH - For the eighth straight season, the Duquesne volleyball team is joining up with the Side-Out Foundation to help raise money for breast cancer research.

Duquesne is setting a goal of $1,200 and is reaching out to friends, family and fans for donations to help the team reach its goal. This season's Dig Pink® match will be Oct. 14th against Fordham.

Funds raised for Side-Out go toward a clinical trial specifically for patients with stage 4 breast cancer, the most advanced form of the disease and the least funded area of research.
