FDU New Jersey Jamboree Results
PITTSBURGH - The Duquesne women's bowling team finished 23rd at the FDU Jamboree this weekend. Kelsey Hackbart was DU's top individual performer with a 179 average that placed her 37th overall. Cassidy Powers (162) and Lauren Mayberry (160.6) finished 73rd and 74th among the 189 competitors. The Dukes went 2-9 over two days of qualifying, with an overall pinfall of 8,945. The Dukes fell to Chestnut Hill and defeated Lincoln Memorial in Sunday's matches.
The Dukes will be back in action at the Virginia Union Invitational in Midlothian, Va. Nov. 4-6.

The Dukes went 1-5 in baker matches with the win coming over Chestnut Hill (818-773). Four of the five defeats came by margins of 17 (912-895 to Felician), 16 (904-888 to Jackson State), 18 (861-843 to Bethune-Cookman) and 6 pins (797-791 to Saint Peter's on Sunday).
