2016-17 NEC All-Rookie Team
As a Graduate Student (2018-19)
- Earned a spot on the NTC All-Academic Team.
- Topped 210 three times including a 222 vs. No. 4 Arkansas State at the Music City Classic, 213 vs. Molloy at the Bud Whitman and 212 vs. Coppin State at the Hawk Classic Invitational.
- Averaged 189.3 in three games at the Music City Classic.
- Averaged 184.45 in 20 total games.

As a Senior (2017-18)
- Ranked 92nd nationally in average per game.
- Finished third on the team with a 187.14 average in 42 games.
- Placed fourth at the Virginia Union Invitational with a team-best 198.80 average. Rolled a high game of 220 vs. Coppin State at the Virginia Union Invitational.
- Averaged 199.20 – including her season high game of 234 vs. Medaille –  in placing 38th at the KU Invitational.
- Was named to the All-Tournament Second Team in helping DU to the Golden Bear Classic (baker) title.
As a Junior (2016-17)
- Late addition to the squad went on to earn NEC All-Rookie Team honors after not bowling competitively since her senior year of high school (2013-14).
- Posted DU's third- and fifth-highest tournament averages of the season with a 197.17 at the Virginia Union Invitational (185, 177, 215, 198, 198, 210, 1,183 total) and a 194.20 at the Hawk Flight Invite (180, 203, 201, 225, 162, 971 total).
- Her second-place finish at the Virginia Union Invitational was the best by a Duke during the regular season and earned her a spot on the all-tournament team.Â
- Rolled top individual games of 232 vs. Caldwell at NEC Meet #1 and 225 vs. LIU Post at the Hawk Flight Invite.
- One-time NEC Rookie of the Week (Nov. 9).Â
Before Duquesne
- Helped North Tonawanda to a 12-2 record and second place finish in the Niagara Frontier League as a senior team captain in 2013-14.
- Led the team with a 192 average and top series of 716 as a senior.
- Posted five consecutive strikes for a 234 in leading the Lady Jacks to the silver medal at the Section VI Championships. Powers' performance helped the team jump from fifth to second in the final game.
- Finished second at the Section VI Championships to earn a trip to the State Championship on Long Island.
- Won the 2012-13 NY Section VI Singles Sectional title.
- Was part of a 2012-13 NY State Championship team.
Personal
- Recipient of a Rangos Scholar Award.
- Athletic training major.
- Currently enrolled in the graduate program for physician assistant studies.
