In addition, Duquesne will be the host institution for the 2016 Atlantic 10 Championship May 5-8 with six of the 10 teams qualifying. The top two teams will receive byes in the quarterfinal round on May 5th with the 3-seed playing the six-seed and the 4-seed playing the 5-seed. The winners of those two games will play the top two seeds in the semifinals on May 6 with the championship and automatic bid to the NCAA Championship occurring on May 8.
