Duquesne University freshman lacrosse player Lib Lowry (Wayne, Pa./Radnor) has been named the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week for the week ending April 7. It is the third straight week a Duke has received an Atlantic 10 accolade.

Lowry had an efficient week, scoring goals on all three shots she took. She had a goal and an assist in a 16-1 victory over Saint Joseph's on Friday and tallied two goals and two assists in a 16-9 loss to Temple. Lowry also recorded a ground ball and a caused turnover versus the Owls.

The Red and Blue return to action on Friday, April 12 as they travel to Richmond for a 4:00 pm contest.
