PITTSBURGH - Gini Ullery, who spent the last seven season as an assistant coach with the Duquesne volleyball program, has been named head coach at Fordham University.

"I want to thank coach Steve Opperman, the Duquesne Administration and the team for all of the great memories during the past seven years," said Ullery. "I appreciate their support in my professional as well as personal growth during my time at Duquesne."

Ullery, who came to the Bluff in 2006 after a stellar playing career at the University of Pittsburgh, led the Dukes to 116 wins and three straight berths in the Atlantic 10 Championship. She coached 10 players who were named A-10 All-Conference 19 times, two AVCA All-Northeast Region selections and Duquesne's only AVCA All-American.
