Duquesne University lacrosse player Haley Marafioti (Canandaigua, N.Y./ Canandaigua Academy) has been named the Atlantic 10 Co-Rookie of the Week for the week ending March 20. It is her second straight Rookie of the Week citation and her third of the season.

Marafioti registered six points on five goals and an assist in Duquesne's 13-5 victory over Robert Morris. The freshman attacker scored her team-best third game-winning goal and her second straight as the Dukes improved to 4-2 on the year. Marafioti scored three straight goals in the opening three minutes of the second half, including the game-winner just 31 seconds into the second frame. On the year she leads the Dukes in scoring with 21 points, including a team-best 18 goals.

The Red and Blue return to action on Tuesday, March 22 as they face Bucknell in Lewisburg in a 4:00 p.m. contest.
