Results

The Duquesne women's cross country team finished eighth out of 29 teams at the 2011 NCAA DI Mid-Atlantic Regional held on the campus of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Md. on Saturday afternoon.

In a field of 199 runners, Amber Valimont finished 26th overall with a time of 22:41. She was followed by Meg Ecker (35th/23:00), Danica Snyder (46th/23:09), Haley Piscarcik (76th/24:03) and Bethany Walker(82nd/24:08).

The Dukes finished with 261 points and were second among Atlantic 10 Conference teams (La Salle, 193).
