Basketball Alumni Reunion Registration Form / Basketball Alumni Reunion Ticket Order Form
The Department of Athletics is excited to announce the annual alumni player reunion weekend. This year"s reunion will take place the weekend of January 28-30, 2011 and will be a combined reunion for both the men"s and women"s basketball alumni players.
Friday, January 28
6 - 9:00 p.m. - Cocktail reception and Coach Suzie McConnell Radio Show. Come on out to the South Side when you get into town to join fellow basketball alumni during the Coach Serio radio show. The reception will begin at 6 p.m. with the radio show taking place from 7-8 p.m. Enjoy specialty drink prices and appetizers. Levelz is located at 1825 E Carson Street in the South Side.
Saturday, January 29
12:30 p.m. - Women"s basketball alumni pre-game reception. Join fellow women"s basketball alumnae for a special pre-game reception in the A.J. Palumbo Center Hall of Fame lounge prior to the basketball game. There will be a sale of "throw back" basketball gear during the pre-game reception. All proceeds will benefit the women"s basketball team via the Duquesne Athletic Fund.
2:00 p.m. - Duquesne Dukes Vs. Fordham. Women"s Basketball Alumnae will be recognized on the court at half-time. All alumni players (men"s and women"s) will receive four complimentary tickets for the game. Please see the enclosed order form to secure your basketball tickets.
Post Game - Meet & Greet with the women"s team & coaches: Duquesne women"s basketball alumnae will have an opportunity to meet with head coach Suzie McConnell-Serio along with her staff and the current team. The meet & greet will be held in the Hall of Fame lounge for approximately one hour.
7 - 9:00 p.m. - All alumni player get-together and cocktail reception. All Duquesne basketball alumni will gather for Hors d"oeuvres, drinks and fellowship in the newly opened Cambria Suites hotel next to the CONSOL Energy center. The reception will take place in the Wales Conference room on the lobby level.
Sunday, January 30
12-1:30 p.m. - All alumni players are invited to join current Dukes season ticket holders, fans and fellow alumni for a pre-game rally meet & greet and buffet in the Lexus Club lounge located within the CONSOL Energy Center.
