Calling all former Dukes Men's Basketball Alumni!
The Athletics Department and Duquesne Athletic Fund are excited to announce the 2010 annual alumni player reunion weekend! The two-day event will take place on the 30th -31st of January, 2010 on the campus of Duquesne University. This year's event will feature an open gym/shoot around for alumni looking to take to the hardwood for some round ball action along with a cocktail reception to follow at the AJ Palumbo Center, in the Hall of Fame suite on Saturday evening. Sunday's festivities will include an invitation for alumni players and guests to the pre-game Beef & Beer reception followed by the Dukes vs. Saint Joseph's game tipping off at 4 p.m. This event is open to all Duquesne basketball alumni including; former players, managers, coaches, trainers and staff. Admission to these events is complimentary for basketball alumni and there will be a small fee for alumni bringing guests to the Beef & Beer reception.

Are you a "lost Duke" or know of a "lost Duke"? We have done our very best to locate all former players, coaches and staff members however, we may not have current contact information for everybody. If you are in contact with former Dukes please feel free to contact the DAF office with their information so that we can inform them of this and other alumni events.

Saturday, January 30
4:00 p.m. - Open Gym/Alumni Game, Palumbo Center main court. Dust off your old high-tops and join fellow Dukes alumni for a friendly game of pick-up or a shoot around at the Palumbo Center. (Locker facilities will be provided).
5:30 p.m. - Player get-together and cocktail reception. Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided. Reception will take place in the Hall of Fame room in AJ Palumbo Center. Meet and greet with current coaches.
Sunday, January 31
2:30-4:00 p.m. - Beef & Beer Pre-Game event. Alumni players are invited to join current Dukes season ticket holders and fans for a pre-game rally meet & greet and buffet in the Sihugo Green Gym (Back Gym). All players will receive a complimentary meal (additional meals for family members can be purchased for $15.00/each).
4:00 p.m. - Duquesne Dukes vs. Saint Joseph's Hawks. All player attendees will receive four (4) complimentary tickets to attend the game. Alumni will be recognized on the court at half-time.
Half-time - Alumni players and staff will be recognized on the court by decade played.
