Head men's basketball coach Ron Everhart along with members of the Duquesne coaching staff and a group of players took time off to spend the evening of June 24 conducting a clinic at the Woodlands Foundation located in Wexford, Pa.
The nonprofit Woodlands Foundation, which was formed in 1998 with the mission of enriching the lives of children and adults with disability and chronic illness in western Pennsylvania, annually serves over 6,000 participants.
"We really enjoyed having the opportunity to visit the Woodlands Foundation campus," said Everhart. "The staff there was wonderful and the basketball players there taught us a thing or two. Hopefully they enjoyed us being there as much as we did. I know it meant a lot to our coaches and players."
