The Duquesne University men's and women's swimming teams received Academic All-America honors as announced by the College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA). Both the men's and women's squads were ranked among the top 15 schools in the nation in grade point average for the spring semester as the women were seventh with a cumulative team gpa of 3.50 while the men were 14th in the country with a 3.15 team GPA.
