Duquesne University fourth year women's swimming coach David Sheets announced today that Jennifer Price (Johnstown, PA/Westmont Hilltop) has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend Duquesne for the 2005-06 academic year. Price joins Mallory Marx, Susan Morrow and Katrina Streiner who signed with the Dukes during November's early signing period.

Price comes to Duquesne after earning points in seven events at the state championships, including a second-place finish in the 500-yard freestyle as a junior. She holds eight school records and is the district record holder in the 500 free and the 400 free relay. She was also a team captain and voted the team's Female Swimmer of the Year three times.

Also joining the Red and Blue in 2005-06 will be Becky Miller (Nine Mile Falls, WA), Kendra Prater (South Point, OH), Stasia Rapp (Fairfax, VA) and Christina Sherrard (Charleston, WV).
