The Duquesne University Department of Athletics has announced that WKFB Radio (770 AM) will carry all 10 DU football games this fall. In addition, Duquesne football broadcasts will also air live - and will be archived - on the world wide web at www.redzonemedia.com. This marks the first season WKFB will air the Dukes and the third year that games will be carried by RedZoneMedia.com. Alex Panormios - beginning his tenth season as the voice of Duquesne football - will once again handle play-by-play duties, with Chris Kucharski returning for his fifth year as color man. Duquesne, the defending I-AA Mid-Major National Champion, opens the 2004 season at Holy Cross on Sept. 4. The Dukes, who won their fifth consecutive Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Football League title last season, enter the season ranked No. 1 among I-AA Mid-Major schools by both The Sports Network and Don Hansen's Football Gazette preseason polls.
