Men's basketball coach Danny Nee announced today that redshirt freshman forward/center Sean McKeon will be out two to three weeks with mononucleosis.
McKeon, who has seen action in all four games Duquesne has played this season, was diagnosed late Monday afternoon.
"Sean had been feeling tired and went to get a check up. That's when we found out it was mono," said Nee. "The priority now is to make sure he gets plenty of rest and proper treatment."
The 6-10, 240-pounder from Phoenixville, Pa. was averaging 1.3 points and 0.5 rebounds in 6.3 minutes in DU's first four games.
