The rifle team concluded its 2002-03 season at the Middle Atlantic Rifle Championships in Annapolis, MD.

The Dukes sent three qualifiers in juniors Sara Barker and Adam Bester and sophomore Stephen Shanahan. Bester led the Dukes with a smallbore score of 574, Shanahan followed with a 563 and Barker turned in a 558.

The air rifle match was canceled due to flooding in the rifle range.
