The rifle team moved its record to 2-1 in MAC compeition in a three-way match at Navy with Penn State also. The Dukes defeated the Nittany Lions, 4536-4336 in smallbore and 1494-1445 in air rifle while falling to the Midshipmen, 4657-4536 in smallbore and 1547-1494 in air rifle.

Senior Sara Barker led the Red and Blue in smallbore with a score of 1141 while freshman Sarah Frye led DU in air rifle with a 384.

The Dukes return to action on Saturday, Nov. 1 as they host Drexel at 8:00 am at the Duquesne shooting range.
