PITTSBURGH - The Duquesne University women's swimming program was honored by the College Swim Coaches Association as having the 17th highest team grade point average of all Division I programs.

Duquesne posted a cumulative team grade point average of 3.34 for the Spring 2002 semester and boasted nine of 13 team members with at least a 3.28 GPA, under first year head coach David Sheets.
