The rifle team competed in the Walsh Invitational and fired a team score of 4486 in smallbore and a 1499 in air rifle.

The Dukes were led by junior Sara Barker who fired a team-best 1149 in smallbore and a team-best 383 in air. Sophomore Stephen Shanahan was second for DU in smallbore with a personal best score of 1139 while fellow sophomore David Petrun was second in air rifle with a personal best tally of 382.

The Dukes return to action on Saturday, Dec. 7 as they host Loyola.
