Rob Gregoire was named director of tennis in May 2014. He oversees both Duquesne men's and women's tennis programs. He came to the Bluff as men's head tennis coach in October 2013.

In his first season, he led the Dukes to a 16-6 overall record and a perfect 6-0 record in the Atlantic 10 Conference. Duquesne reached the semifinals at the conference championship as a #3 seed.

Gregoire, who is the owner and director of tennis at Alpha Tennis and Fitness of Pittsburgh (ATP) - the Dukes' home facility - brings 24 years of tennis experience to the program.

The 2012 United States Tennis Association Allegheny Mountain District Pro of the Year, Gregoire started his teaching career in Buffalo, N.Y.

In 1999, he came to Pittsburgh to co-direct the program at the Pennsylvania Tennis Academy.

From there, Gregoire became the head pro at the Lakeview Athletic Club and co-director of Tennis for Rookie LLC before opening ATP in 2010.

A scholar athlete that graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY at Buffalo, Gregoire played #1 singles and #1 doubles for the Bulls.
