  • Ran for 1,901 yards and 25 TDs in earning first team Virginia High School League Group 4 all-state honors as a senior.
  • Was part of a senior class that helped Lafayette go unbeaten for four consecutive regular seasons.
  • Helped Lafayette (13-1) to the state Group 4A semifinal as a senior.
  • Carried 29 times for 157 yards and a TD in the season-ending playoff loss to Dinwiddie.
  • Rushed 78 times for 650 yards (8.3 ypc) and eight touchdowns as a junior.
  • Also received interest from Army, Lafayette, Holy Cross and Campbell.
