Pittsburgh, Pa. – The Duquesne University lacrosse team dropped a 20–10 decision to Davidson on Saturday afternoon at Rooney Field in Atlantic 10 Conference play.
The Dukes finished with 10 goals from six different players.
Megan Marco paced the offense with three for her second hat trick of the season.
Emma Raines and
Chloe Holmes each added two, while
Sydney Girardi,
Mia Piocquidio and
Chelsea Evans also found the back of the net.
Duquesne bounced back from a scoreless first quarter with four goals in the second period before adding three in both the third and fourth quarters.
Gracin Emerson continued her strong playmaking season with five assists, extending her streak of four or more assists in every game this year. The junior now has 40 assists before the season's halfway point, becoming just the fourth Duke to record 40 or more in a single season. She already sits just four shy of the program's single-season record.

Mia Piocquidio each recorded a career-high four draw controls for the Dukes.
