- The Lineup: Daria Ermolova, Isabella Fernández Aguirre, Robyn Hunt, Mikele Jopson, Abby Kreber, Tamara Kun, Rachele Lavagno, Vivien Mattice, Kate Potashnik, Catherine Staley
- Back-to-Back Champion: Freshman Daria Ermolova will look to extend her undefeated start to her collegiate career. She captured the Duquesne Invitational title in 1:02:24.95 topping a 102-athlete field, then won the 64-athlete field at the Navy Collegiate Cup in 58:23.2 in a modified duathlon.
- Team Success: Duquesne has finished second in three of its four races this season, including both home events and the Navy Collegiate Cup.
- Senior Day: Duquesne celebrated its first-ever Senior Day at the Duquesne Invitational on Sept. 19, honoring six seniors, including five members of the program's inaugural roster in 2023.
- In the Rankings: Duquesne enters the weekend ranked No. 9 nationally and No. 4 in the East Region in the College Triathlon Coaches Association (CTCA) rankings. Ermolova leads six Dukes ranked among the top 100 nationally at No. 30, followed by Catherine Staley (No. 53), Isabella Fernández Aguirre (No. 66), Kate Potashnik (No. 82), Rachele Lavagno (No. 83) and Robyn Hunt (No. 97).
