Miamisburg, Ohio – The Dukes completed its second straight match in two days, falling at Dayton, 5-2 in league action at the South Regency Tennis Center on Friday afternoon. With the slip, the Duquesne University women's tennis team drops to 6-12 overall and 0-4 in A-10 action.

Mila Badics tallied a 6-2 victory over Marra Bruce and Elizabeth Hamilton. At the final slot, senior
Ana Utrilla Benito and sophomore Taisia Yankunina fell to Erica Wojcikiewicz and Laura Greb, 6-1.
In singles competition, Duquesne secured a victory at the first spot before the Flyers won the final five matches to take the win. Latoni secured a 7-6 (3), 6-2 win over Osiecki before Badics dropped a 3-6, 6-1, 7-6 (6) to Bruce in the second slot. At third singles, Roka fell to Katauskas 6-3, 7-6 (4) before Rand fell by a 7-5, 6-1 count to Hamilton. In the final two singles matches, Shanahan lost to Wojcikiewicz 6-2, 6-1 while Yakunina dropped a 6-2, 6-2 match to Greb.
