PITTSBURGH - Duquesne University Athletics is proud to announce another outstanding academic semester by our student-athletes this spring, as they posted a 3.48 department grade point average across 18 intercollegiate teams.

Seventeen of the institution's 18 teams eclipsed a 3.0 GPA, while the women's tennis squad led all programs with an outstanding 3.92. Cross country paced the men's teams with a 3.539 GPA. Half of the 18 programs charted a 3.5 or better, including women's tennis, women's cross country, triathlon, women's indoor/outdoor track and field, women's soccer, swimming and diving, men's cross country, and volleyball.

Sixty-three Duquesne student-athletes earned a 4.0 GPA this spring, while 218 (52%) had a 3.50 or better. A total of 309 (74%) Dukes were named to the Vice President of Athletics' Honor Roll with a 3.0 or better.
