YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – The Duquesne track and field team competed at the Youngstown State College Invite on Friday against over 1,800 athletes and 25 other schools.
Junior
Alyssa Willis finished fifth in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.69 and set a new PR of 7.63 in the 60m dash prelims. Graduate student
Autumn Parsons won heat three in the 60m qualifier (8.38), but did not qualify for the prelims.
Sophomore
David Williams placed first in the 60m dash qualifier with a time of 7.03.

Claire Belton set a new PR in the 5000m run, running a 10:49.04 and finishing 10
th out of 25 competitors.
Junior
Emily Brozeski finished fourth in the 60m hurdles finals with a time of 8.86 after qualifying with a time of 8.96. Sophomore

Sadie Wetzel and Brozeski placed fourth and fifth in the shot put at 1.60m.

Madelyn Moretti finished fourth in the shot put at 13.27m.

Olivia Wilson placed seventh and set a new PR with a time of 2:21.53 in the 800m run while freshman
Ryley Schwalm finished in 2:22.16, also setting a new PR.

Jadon Rahman placed third in the 800m run with a time of 1:56.96.
Willis finished in seventh-place out of 107 competitors in the 200m with a time of 25.46. Brozeski (26.10) placed 19
th, Allen (26.19) placed 21
st and Seitzinger (26.30) placed 24th .

Addy Ciecierski placed 13th in the 3,000m out of 42 runners with a time of 10:30.04.
