PITTSBURGH – A trio of Dukes earned All-Northeast Conference honors in a vote of league coaches announced in conjunction with NEC Championship competition currently underway in Trenton, N.J.

Olivia Farwell was named Bowler of the Year and First Team All-NEC. Sophomore Shanon Small earned Second Team all-conference honors and freshman
Morgan Brookover was named to the NEC All-Rookie Team.
Farwell, a three-time All-American, came back from an injury-shortened 2021 campaign to earn Bowler of the Year honors for a second time. The second bowler in NEC history to follow Rookie of the Year honors with Bowler of the Year (2019), Farwell earned First Team All-NEC honors for the fourth time.
Farwell was dominant in NEC play with a league-best 21.292 overall average/frame (24.614 in traditional play). She also posted an NEC-best 71.4 strike percentage in traditional matches. Farwell's 90.031 Player Composite Performance Index (PCPI) was the second-best in the league. She was named NEC Bowler of the Week five times during the season.
Small ranked 8th in the conference in overall scoring average and 4th in filled frame percentage. She ranked 8th in the league with a 67.195 percent PCPI.
Brookover, who earned NEC Rookie of the Week honors three times, is the seventh Duke to earn All-Rookie Team honors in the six-year history of the program.
Duquesne is seeded third at the NEC Championship which gets underway today.
