Duquesne (6-18, 1-11), which completed a stretch of three games in five days with a 73-52 home loss to George Washington on Wednesday, heads to Olean, N.Y. for a nationally-televised rematch with St. Bonaventure (16-7, 8-4) at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19 on ESPNU (Robert Lee & Noah Savage on the call). The Dukes will be looking to avenge a 64-56 loss to St. Bonaventure in Pittsburgh on Jan. 21.
This is the 129th meeting between the Dukes and Bonnies, who are DU's all-time most frequent opponent. The two teams, who are meeting for the 71st-straight season, are separated by an average of 1.1 points per game in the all-time series (9,228 total points for DU to 9,088 for SBU / average score - 72.2 to 71.1).
Duquesne is 1-7 on the road this season with a win at UMass on Jan. 8 (78-74).
The Duquesne game is the third of four in a row at home for St. Bonaventure which is 10-2 at Reilly Center. DU snapped an 11-game SBU series win streak at home with an 81-77 overtime win at Reilly Center in 2020. The Bonnies won last year's matchup in Olean, 62-48.
