Duquesne led 27-25 late in the first half, before Grant - who had 13 in the first 20 minutes - began a 10-3 run with a 3-pointer. Jimmy Clark III buried another 3-pointer at the first half horn to give DU its largest lead at 37-28.

Neither team led by more than four prior to Grant's 3-pointer.

DU led 44-39, before McGriff ignited a 14-0 run with a 3-pointer. The first-year JC transfer found Grant on the baseline for a layup and followed with a jumper and 3-pointer to end the run that made it 58-39 with 10 minutes left.

ASU never got closer than 16 the rest of the way.

The Dukes outshot the Hornets 46.4 percent to 31.1 percent.

Duquesne will be idle until UC Santa Barbara visits UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 7:00 p.m. (ESPN+).
