SAINT LOUIS, Mo. – The Duquesne University volleyball team lost to the Saint Louis Billikens in three sets Friday night.
Duquesne falls to 7-22 (4-13 A-10) while Saint Louis moves to 18-11 (10-7 A-10).
Graduate student
Elizabeth Osborn led the Dukes with 11 kills on 30 attacks. She also pitched in with five digs.
Sophomore
Anna Shoemake made her first appearance in a few weeks today, notching six kills.
Senior
Anita Parrott led the away side with three blocks and was also able to get two kills.
Senior
Hailey Poling had 20 assists tonight to lead Duquesne.
Saint Louis managed to out-hit Duquesne, .330-.108, which ended up being the deciding factor tonight.
GAME NOTES
- Henschen's 276 kills on the year gives her the sixth-most in the A-10.
- Kelly sits right behind her teammate Henschen in seventh-place in the A-10 with 271 kills.
- Poling leads the A-10 with 944 assists.
- Helm has 92 blocks this season to lead the Dukes. That ranks sixth in the conference.
- Grimm's 347 digs rank ninth in the A-10.
