The 7th Annual Duquesne University Day of Giving will be held on February 9, 2022. Over the past six years, alumni, parents and fans have utilized the Day of Giving to make a tremendous impact on Duquesne University Athletics. Your generosity allows over 430 Duquesne student-athletes to excel in the classroom, during competition and in the community.
 
This year we have several generous individuals contributing dollar-for-dollar challenge gifts to all teams. These matching gifts allow all supporters to maximize the effect of their contribution of the Day of Giving:

Football Matching Gift
An anonymous football alumnus will match donations to the Football team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $15,000.
 
Women's Bowling Matching Gift
An anonymous Women's Bowling supporter will match donations to the Bowling team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000.
 
Men's Basketball Matching Gift
Norman Nixon, Basketball alumnus and 2x NBA Champion with the Los Angeles Lakers, will match all donations to the Men's Basketball team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000.
 
Men's Soccer Matching Gift
An anonymous Men's Soccer supporter will match donations to the Men's Soccer team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000.
 
Men's & Women's Tennis Matching Gift
The Gene Nacey Foundation will match all donations to the Men's & Women's Tennis teams, dollar-for-dollar, up to $2,500.
 
Women's Rowing Matching Gift
An anonymous Women's Rowing supporter will match donations to the Women's Rowing team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000.
 
Women's Swimming & Diving Matching Gift
An anonymous Women's Swimming & Diving supporter will match all donations to the Women's Swimming & Diving team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000.
 
Women's Basketball Matching Gift
Duquesne University Head Women's Basketball Coach Dan Burt will match all donations to the Women's Basketball team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $5,000.
 
Women's Volleyball Matching Gift
An anonymous Women's Volleyball supporter will match donations to the Women's Volleyball team, dollar-for-dollar, up to $1,000.
 
Men's and Women's Track & Field & Cross Country Matching Gift
A group of Men's and Women's Track & Field and Cross Country alumni have come together and will match all Cross Country and Track & Field donations dollar-for-dollar up to $5,000.
